PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed with Standard Service during the Holiday Season will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of placement. Shipping confirmations will be sent via email a few days before delivery. Check the status of your order.

THANKSGIVING SHIPPING INFORMATION. Please note the following when placing your online orders:

Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and holiday shipping schedules, orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 will be processed on Friday, November 28, 2014

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFORMATION. Please note the following when placing your online orders:

  • Orders with Standard Service* placed before 6:00 PM (ET) on December 19th will be processed and delivered by December 24th. Orders with Standard Service placed after 6:00 PM (ET) on December 19th will be delivered post-Christmas. Please allow 5-7 business days after shipment date for delivery.
  • Orders with Second Day Service* placed before 6:00 PM (ET) on December 22nd will be processed and delivered on December 24th. Second Day Service orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) on December 22nd will be delivered post-Christmas. Please allow 2 business days after shipment date for delivery.
  • Orders with Overnight Service* placed before 3:00 PM (ET) on December 23rd will be processed and delivered on December 24th. Overnight Service orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) on December 23rd through December 25th will be processed on December 26th for delivery the next business day.
  • Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Thursday, December 25th.

* All orders are subject to payment authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO, P.O Box, or U.S. Territories must be shipped via Standard Service.

EGift Cards

Place your order by 1:00 PM ET on December 24, 2014 and your Darphin Online eGift Card will be delivered by Christmas**.

** All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed. We will notify you via email if there is any issue with processing your eGift Card order. We regret that eGift Card orders cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery if payment authorization is not obtained by 3PM (ET) on December 24th.

NEW YEAR'S SHIPPING INFORMATION. Please note the following when placing your online orders:

Due to the New Year's Holiday and holiday shipping schedules, all orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) on December 31st will be processed on January 2nd. Packages will not be shipped or delivered on New Year’s Day, January 1st.

To allow our staff to spend the holiday with their families, our Online Customer Service Center will close at 6:00 PM (ET) on December 24th and will reopen at 8:00 AM (ET) on December 26th. Happy Holidays!

Shipping Options

DARPHIN ONLINE orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your DARPHIN ONLINE package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST.

Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, DARPHIN ONLINE cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Overnight or 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes and certain locations in Alaska. Please call us at 1-866-880-4559 if you have any questions.

Some items sold by DARPHIN ONLINE require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At DARPHIN ONLINE, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

*We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO address, but some restrictions apply.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

Shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii

DARPHIN ONLINE accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
