Type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to six  of any single item) in the quantity box.

Click the "Add to Bag" icon to place the product selected in your shopping bag.
If there are multiple products on the same page that you wish to place into your shopping bag, you may enter the desired quantities for each product and then click "Add to Bag" once to place them all in your bag.
When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button found on each page.
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1-866-880-4559 for assistance.

Click on "View Bag" to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "View Bag" and select the "Delete" button to the left of the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
A. To Edit Item Quantity click on the quantity box and change the number. The change will be saved when you click "Continue to Checkout."
B. To Remove an Item click on the word "remove" next to the quantity box. The product will then be removed from your shopping bag.
C. To Continue Shopping click on "Continue Shopping" at either the top or the bottom of the page. This takes you to the page you previously viewed.
D. To Proceed to Checkout click on the "Continue to Checkout" button at either the top or bottom of the page.
Enjoy regularly scheduled deliveries of your favourite Darphin products with our Replenishment Service! Items eligible for this service will appear in your Shopping Bag with a “Replenishment Service” notation—and a pull-down menu lets you select the desired shipping interval: 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, 90 days or 120 days.
To activate the Replenishment Service:
• Select item for purchase
• Set the time interval for future shipments from the pull-down menu next to the item(s) during checkout
Once the order is placed, your first shipment will be processed and your replenishment service will be activated. We will process your second shipment at the interval you select starting on the date of your first order.
There's no minimum number of products you must order, and you can cancel at any time before your order is processed for shipment. As an additional benefit, you’ll enjoy FREE Standard Shipping with every darphin.com replenishment order.
Consecutive replenishment service orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided when the original purchase was completed. The price you will be charged will be the posted price on the Darphin website at the time your order is processed and shipped. Your credit card will be charged for each order (including any applicable taxes) only when the item ships.
When your replenishment order is ready to be processed, an email reminder will be sent. You will receive a second email confirming the shipment of the order and that your credit card has been billed.
Edit your Replenishment Service
The details of your replenishment service including; product(s), shipping intervals, billing and shipping address, and payment information can be found in Your Account. To edit this information, sign in and go to My Account and select Auto-Replenishment. Click on View/Edit Details to change, delete, or add information. Your change will be effective on any remaining unprocessed orders. Please note: If you are decreasing the number of days between shipments, the new shipment date must be set for 3 business days or more from the current date.
Cancel your Replenishment Service
To cancel your replenishment order, sign in, go to My Account and select Auto-Replenishment. Click on View/Edit Details and select Cancel Auto-Replenishment next to the product you wish to cancel. Your cancellation will be effective on any remaining unprocessed orders.

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped. Anticipated shipment time (i.e. "Available for shipping in mid-September") is indicated on the site adjacent to product information.
